1. Parties. This is an agreement between you and Western Telematic, Inc. ("WTI"). If you are entering into this Agreement as someone's employee or agent, then this Agreement is between WTI and your employer or principal, and all references in the Agreement to "you" or "your" will instead apply to your employer or principal.
